I'm looking for a Hebrew language class I can take in Jerusalem this year. I wad planning on coming for about 6 weeks and need to know the most affordable yet in-depth class you can recommend. I'm on a tight budget so I need something reasonable. Last time I was in Israel I knew of a person taking a class where they paid by the day when they showed up. I'm not sure if that is accurate but anything you can tell me. Also I was reading on your website about The Conservative Yeshiva on Agron St...perhaps this is what she was taking. Please let me know and thank you. Debra

Hebrew studies in Jerusalem
Hello Debra,
There are a few schools and institutions in Jerusalem which offer different Hebrew courses for international students with special benefits for those who plan on doing Alya in the future, among those institutions: The Hebrew University, Ulpan or, Ulpan Aviv, Milah Ulpan, Ulpan Etzion and more.
Some of the programs offer housing and some help you find a housing solution so don't worry about that.
Each one of those institutions offers a different program so I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs you can choose from and i advise you to contact those that are relevant to you directly to get all the information you need about the admission, fees and more.
Regarding a scholarship you'll have to contact the school in which you wish to study directly.
