fellowship programs available for Indian students

My sister is in final year of her graduation in Agriculture. Myself also an Agriculture graduate and post graduate in Food Technology admire and respect Israel for it's innovative spirit in the field of Agriculture.

She is very much interested in persuing her Masters in Agriculture in Israel get exposure to the true technologies and innovations.

Please let me know the fellowship programs available for Indian students and procedure to avail them.
