The application process for PhD track in Israel is built of several steps. First you must make sure you have successfully completed a master's degree with a thesis in a relevant field, and also find out via your university if its degrees are recognized in Israel for such purposes. A high GPA is usually required

Also, you will need to submit relevant letters of recommendation to the university in Israel and find a researcher to guide you through writing your dissertation.
