I want to learn the horticulture practiced in Israel . Because after my service career in govt. job I have a keen desire to focus in horticulture specially the tribal areas of central India where there is a lot of opportunity apart from livestock and dairy. Thank you.

There are a few institution in Israel which offer different Phd programs in English to international professionals and students: The Haifa University, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University and more. Each institute offer different programs but as far as i know there are currently no Phd programs in education. There are more than a few schools and institutions in Israel which offer different training programs in the field of agriculture, for international students, visitors and professionals. Among them you can find: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.
