I am interested in applying the Israel Govt scholarship noticed by Government of India, MHRD. I need to contact the agricultural economics department at the university of Israel. Please help.

Hello Yasmeen,

There are more than a few schools in Israel which offer international agriculture programs.
In order to contact a specific school you need to do so through the school's website.
