Hello Manish,

Application procedures may vary between the different universities in Israel, but in most cases, you will need to show a GPA of 80 or above in your bachelor studies, in subjects such as animal studies, agriculture, biology or food studies in order to apply to M.Sc. programs in agriculture (where you will be able to study irrigation). You will also need to pass the TOEFL exam in English proficiency. Previous professional background can sometimes be an advantage too.

The Application process is usually completed online, through the universities' websites. If you already know where you would like to study for your masters' degree, my advice to you is to check the options available on their site.
