In order to apply for a Phd program in The Weizmann institute in Rehovot you must first choose a phd track from the 4 different tracks offered - direct PhD Track: derived directly from the FGS MSc program, regular PhD Track which is designed for applicants who have an MSc degree with thesis or an MD, PhD for Certified MDs and a PhD Track for Medical Residents/Specialist MDs.
After you choose the best track for you you must contact the institute to find out what kind of documents you'll have to present to apply and than choose an advisor.
All the information you need about the different tracks is on their website but i advise you to contact them directly so you won't make any mistakes during the process.
