phd courses in special education

PhD in special education in Israel
Hello Anita,

There are a few institution in Israel which offer different Phd programs in English to international professionals and students: The Haifa University, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University, The Ben Gurion University and more.
Each institute offer different programs but as far as i know there are currently no Phd programs in education.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article that will provide you with all the general information you need as an international professional that is looking to study in Israel but i advise you to contact the institutions directly to find out if they might have a program that will ft your needs in the future.

As far as i know, you must be in Israel at all times during the studies but you can check with the schools directly to see if it might be possible to live here only part time
