As far as i know there are only a few courses offered in Israel in an E learning program and unfortunately, the master program you're looking for is not one of them.
If you are open to other courses you can contact the Open University or the Hebrew University which offer a few programs (Jewish education, languages, Jewish history, Jewish texts, Jewish philosophy and more).
