Unfortunately i can't offer you a link to amy of the application forms for this or any other program. What i can do is offer you the information you need to choose the best school for you and apply through their website.

In Israel, we do not have a full degree only in irrigation.
There are a few institutions which offer master degree programs in agricultural sciences which include irrigation.

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences (which include fruit sciences as a sub field of study) for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

In order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more.
In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS.
