There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different MSc programs in agriculture sciences (which include fruit sciences as a sub field of study) for international students, among them: The Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva, The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and The Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
As far as i know, in order to apply for a master program in agriculture in Israel candidates must present a first degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, animal sciences, food sciences or any of the related fields with a GPA of 80 or more. In cases students are not from an English speaking country, they will have to take an English proficiency test like TOEFL or IELTS. Candidates must submit three letters of recommendation, and relevant experience is the field of agriculture.
I've attached a link at the bottom of my message where you can find a link, once you'll click it, it will send you to an article about the different programs you can choose from and more information about the admission, institutions and more.
Each school in Israel which offer the international program in agricultural sciences starts around the same time (mid-end October) but in order for you to get the specific information you need you'll have to contact the school in which you wish to study directly.
