Am horticulture student from Kenya. can I commence a Master's degree in Kenya and then apply for this scholarship? and what is the procedure. And the contacts to reach you. thank you

Scholarship for foreign students in Israel
Hello Grace,

From your message i understand you are studying in Kenya and not planning on studying here in Israel.
Unfortunately, Israeli institutions provide scholarships only for students who come to Israel and study here in one of our schools.
