Norwegian exhange student

Hello.

I'm a 21 year old man from Bergen, Norway. I'm starting the second year of a three year old bachelors degree in Comparative Politics (political science) after the summer of 2017. I would really like to be an exhange student in Israel, especially in Jerusalem or Tel Aviv, next spring. The classes would have to be in English, as I don't know how to speak or write in Hebrew or Arabic.

I would only have opportunity to stay for ONE semester. Preferably from January 2018 until May/June of 2018. Do you have any programs or universities that would fit my requirements?
