Post doc programs in Israel
Hello Seymour,
There are a few institutes in Israel which offer post doctoral programs and fellowships, among them: The Technion, The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University and more.
Most schools offer a two year program (usually in English) for candidates that already completed their PhD.
In order for you to find out ig any of the institutions I've mentioned can offer you a position you'll have to contact them directly.
I've attached a link at the end of my message to an article that gives more information about the track, the institutes you can choose from and more.
