Are you interested in short training courses or in a master's degree (M.Sc.) in agriculture?

You will be able to find both in Israel. Concerning the diploma tracks (for which I have added a link below my answer with some more info for you) I believe there are certain scholarships. There are even some tracks that are in cooperation with foreign governments. In order to know the exact terms about the scholarships, you will have to contact the institutions directly since the conditions tend to change a lot.

You can find such courses at TAITC, Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Institute and more.
