There are several institutions in Israel that offer Hebrew courses. Some of these programs take place at Ulpan but they are usually meant for new immigrants. In my opinion the options that is more suitable for you is taking a language course at a university. These programs usually span several weeks but there are also longer tracks.
The Hebrew University in Jerusalem offers such a program. Lessons usually take place 4 - 5 days a week.
