There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different short and long term courses for international students and/or visitors.
Among them you can find The Hebrew University which offers a 25 days course in Beekeeping.
The Israeli ministry of foreign affairs "Mashav" program offers a full scholarships for international students.
Usually applicants from developing countries receive these scholarships so you have a good chance.
