There are a few institutions in Israel which offer post doctoral and fellowship programs, among them: The Technion, The University of Haifa, The Hebrew University, The Tel Aviv University, The Ben Gurion University and more.

Most institutions offer a two year program (usually in English) for candidates that already completed their PhD.

In order for you to find out if any of the institutions I've mentioned can offer you a position you'll have to contact them directly because and i advise you to start with The Ben Gurion University and The Tel Aviv University if you wish to stay on the same subject.
