In order to get a post doctoral fellowship in Israel you need to first choose an institute that will offer programs in your field.
In Israel you can choose between a few different schools that might fit you: The Technion, The Ben Gurion University, The Weizmann Institute of Science, The Tel Aviv University, The Hebrew University and more.

Most institutions offer a 2 year program, usually in English to candidates that already completed their PhD.
