need to know if there is any available one in 2016, when, where in Israel and cost to enable me prepare fast. Have been to Israel in 2001 for a programmie @ Histadrut

Hello Modupe,

There are a few institutions in Israel which offer different programs that might fit you, among them: The Arava Institute, The Golda Meir Training Center, The Center of International Agriculture Development Cooperation and more.

Because each of those institutions offer a different course and training program i've attached a link at the end of my message to an article about the different programs but i also advise you to contact them directly through their website in order to find the best program for you.
