Assistance in my application for masters

Hello Sir/Madam, I am Kum Kennedy Meh, a Cameroonian National. This is my 4th and year for a Bachelor of Technology (B-TECH) Degree in Agricultural Engineering. I am currently on internship for my final year. My Defense Project Title is Sprinkler Irrigation System Design. My Defense is Scheduled in September of this year 2016. I wish to enrol in any Public Agricultural Engineering University in Israel for a Master's Degree Program in Agricultural Engineering this 2017 as early as possible.
