Ono International School offer an English and Hebrew MBA Program, which merges core MBA (Master of Business Administration) courses in English with specialized courses conducted in Hebrew. This program allows students to accelerate their career with practical experience whilst developing essential managerial skills within their chosen specialization. Students strengthen their profile through industry collaborations, real-world learning opportunities, and exposure to both international and Israeli networks.

This MBA program prepares students for professional roles across diverse sectors of the economy. The program curriculum is continuously updated to align with both current demands and future developments. The program faculty comprises leading academics and industry figures who bring practical knowledge and vast experience into the classroom.
 
Which specialization tracks are offered?
 
During their studies, students choose a specialization which is designed to equip them with domain-specific knowledge. The specialization balances theoretical foundations within the acquisition of applicable tools. Students may choose from the following specialization tracks:
 
- Cyber Security and Forensics.
- Public Administration and Policy.
- Human Resources Management.
- Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
- Information Systems Management and Data Science.
 
What is the duration of studies?
 
This MBA program spans one year and three months. Qualified candidates may be able to complete their degree within one year.
 
The program is designed in a flexible format suitable for working professionals. Studies take place twice a week during the evenings. On Sundays, MBA core courses are taught on campus in English. On Wednesdays, specialization courses are studied via Zoom in Hebrew.
 
Who is this program aimed at?
 
The English-Hebrew MBA track is aimed at future leaders who wish to combine the global perspective of an international master’s degree with the convenience of local learning in a flexible form. This program merges Hebrew specializations with core MBA courses taught in English and provides an analytical management skillset which can assist graduates in facing future challenges while building professional networks in both the Israeli and international business ecosystems.
 
The MBA program offers several specializations, each offers in-depth knowledge and practical tools. During their studies, students develop advanced managerial skills and gain hands-on experience necessary for supporting their career growth.
 
Moreover, internship opportunities with leading companies provide students with real-world experience and allow them to gain a competitive advantage in the job market.
 
What are the admission requirements?
 
To apply for this MBA track, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with an average GPA of 80 and above.
 
What scholarships are available?
 
Students in this program may apply for various scholarships: internal scholarships offered by Ono International School (such as scholarships for lone soldiers, merit-based scholarships for excelling students, or needs-based scholarships for students from challenging socio-economic backgrounds); and external scholarships offered by various organizations such as Perach, Mifal HaPais, IMPACT, etc.
 
In addition, Olim students may be eligible for scholarships and financial support from the Ministry of Aliyah. This MBA track is offered in collaboration with the Student Authority at the Ministry of Aliyah which offers an extensive support system to students who comply with all required criteria.
