The TII international MBA at Ono International School is offered in collaboration with Sachlav (Top Israel Interns). As a global provider of career development programs, Sachlav offers hands-on experience through high-level internships, workshops (CAP), social activities, and housing. During their studies, students gain real-life experience through internships in their industry, while connecting with young professionals from across the globe.
 
What will you study?
 
During this MBA program, students combine academic excellence with real-world experience. They gain practical skills through the Career Advancement Program (CAP) while enjoying guided tours and networking opportunities for connecting with industry professionals.
 
The program is focused on FinTech and capital markets, thus allowing students to specialize in one of Israel’s growing sectors. This specialization allows students to broaden their knowledge of financial technologies and their application, with an emphasis on combining theoretical background with practical tools which students are encouraged to use in real-world scenarios. The curriculum is continuously updated according to current demands.
 
Masa grants and scholarships are available to help fund the program.
 
What is the duration of studies?
 
This MBA program spans one year and three months. Qualified candidates may be able to complete their studies within one year. Studies are held two evenings a week.

What are the admission requirements?

 
To apply for this program, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 80 and above.
 
The program is conducted in English, select electives are taught in Hebrew.

The knowledge and tools acquired during this program will position graduates in senior positions across Israel’s financial ecosystem, such as in investment companies; the banking system; FinTech start-ups and innovation hubs; consulting firms; government financial institutions; finance departments in global companies; and more.
